Staff Elder & Lead Pastor - Jeff Duncan
Bio: Pastor Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry from Lee University of Cleveland TN in 2002. He then continued his education at Liberty University Theological Seminary in Lynchburg VA where he received a Masters in Christian Leadership Studies. Jeff is married with 2 wonderful kids. For the past 12 years, Jeff has served the Lord as a Youth Pastor, a Church Planter, and an Associate Pastor of Teaching and Education. Jeff now serves as the Lead Pastor at Meadowview Baptist Church in Georgetown, TN.. His life's passion is to live life worthy of the calling he has received (Eph. 4:1) and to lead others on a journey toward Christ.

Staff Elder & Pastor of Missions and Pastoral Care - Al Miller Jr.
Pastor Al has served in two churches over the past 34 years. Twenty-four years ago, along with his wife, Nancy, son Chip, and daughter Lesley, their family began a richly rewarding ministry here at Meadowview. He has served the church (Oakwood 10 years and Meadowview 24 years) in many different capacities from Youth to Senior Adults, with the last twenty as Lead Pastor. Changing now to Missions and Pastoral Care is a natural transition for a man who has lead more than 300 people on multiple trips from Ameca Mexico to Naivasha Kenya to Woonsocket, South Dakota. He is excited to spend the years ahead encouraging the church to go and serve Christ in our own community and around the world.

Minister to Students and Small Groups - Andrew Conn
Andrew was raised in Cleveland, TN. All throughout high school he felt the Lord calling him into vocational ministry in the local church. Towards the end of high school he accepted that call and made plans to prepare for this calling. He attended Bryan College in Dayton, TN and graduated in 2013 with a B.S. In Christian Ministry - Youth Emphasis. In the fall of 2013 Andrew came to Meadowview as the Youth Intern and at the beginning of 2016 transitioned into the role of Minister to Students. In the fall of 2017 Andrew also became the Small Pastor as well. Andrew and Caroline were married in 2014 and their first child, Oakley, was born in September of 2016. Andrew enjoys the outdoors, sports, and spending time with family.

Children's Director - Katie Mansel
Katie is from Ooltewah, TN where she was raised in a Christian home and brought up in church. She was always very involved as a child and youth participating in church activities and numerous mission trips. She has never had a job since the age of 14 that didn’t involve working with children in some way or form. Being someone who loves the Lord and who loves children, she is passionate in leading our Children’s Ministry in a way that comes alongside the families in teaching the kids about Jesus, who He is and how they can walk with Him even in a young age. She has been married to her husband, Marcus since 2010 and has two wonderful children, Daniel and Maggie. It is truly a blessing to her, to be a part of Meadowview’s staff and church family. She is so thankful that the Lord brought her family here and has allowed her the opportunity to lead the Children’s Ministry.

Administrative Assistant - Diane Swafford
Diane received a degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State and completed additional courses at Chattanooga State Community College. An office career has always been her dream, as well as serving in church. Meadowview has brought the best of both her goals together. Diane is married to a wonderful husband, Donnie, and is blessed with a son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. She has served as Administrative Assistant at Meadowview for 22 years. Diane has truly been blessed by the folks at Meadowview and feels they are an extension of her church family. Her passion is to be found faithful in serving our awesome God and honoring our Savior.
